Ingredientes
* ¾ de Kg. de almendra molida
* 1/2kg.de azúcar
* 12 huevos
* La ralladura de un limón
* 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol
* 150 g de azúcar glas
* 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
Elaboración
Precalentar el horno a 170º c. En un Vol. grande, batir los huevos, añadir el azúcar, la almendra molida y la ralladura de limón, y mezclar bien hasta conseguir una pasta homogénea. Preparar un molde redondo forrándolo con papel de estraza untado con el aceite, y poner en él la pasta. Hornear durante 40 minutos.Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar.Una vez fría, desmoldar la torta adornarla espolvoreando por encima con azúcar glas y canela.
